BOOK YOUR FIRST AID COURSE TODAY!
The First Aid at Work course is ideal for anyone who would like to become a First Aider in a low-risk or high-risk work environment. A high-risk work environment is considered to be a place where there is an increased likelihood of First Aid emergency situations and accidents occurring such as a construction site or a warehouse. The course meets Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations to become a First Aider in a high-risk or low-risk work environment.
If you are working in a low-risk work environment such as an office, we would recommend attending the Emergency First Aid at Work course which is a 1-day course and covers the basics of First Aid.
There will be a range of teaching methods used to ensure that you have gained the skills and knowledge to become a competent First Aider, this includes real-life scenario examples and videos. There will be two multiple-choice examinations which will take place on day 1 and day 3 of the course.
Upon completing the First Aid at Work course, each delegate will receive a certification that meets Health and Safety (First Aid) 1981 Regulations to be a First Aider in a low-risk workplace. Certificates are valid for three years and by default, certificates are accredited by the First Aid Industry Body (FAIB).
