WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF) is ideal for anyone in the workplace who has responsibility for the wellbeing of staff and wants to increase their awareness of Mental Health and wellbeing, as well as breaking the stigma around Mental Health and help create a positive Mental Health culture within their workplace. Individuals who complete this course will have the knowledge and resources to help and support colleagues and other individuals with their Mental Health and wellbeing.
CERTIFICATION AND ASSESSMENT
There will be a range of teaching methods used to ensure that you have gained the knowledge and awareness to increase awareness of Mental Health, this includes real-life scenario examples, videos and group activities. This course can be conducted online via Zoom, or face-to-face with one of our Mental Health and Wellbeing trainers. There will be a multiple choice question paper at the end of this 2-day course.
After successfully completing this course, each delegate will recieve a certificate to show they have attended the Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health (RQF). Certificates are valid for three years and by default, certificates are accredited by the First Aid Awards (FAA).
